The VAZ 2500 Vecoplan is a single-shaft shredder and is the biggest shredder of the heavy duty series. It is able to shred all kinds of solid materials, such as plastics, industrial waste, municipal solid waste, paper and wood. It features a solid steel rotor which has a diameter of 640 mm. If required, it can utilize various rotor systems and geometrics to ensure an optimal shredding performance in every application. The VAZ 2500 can be fitted with a 'flipper' which is a pneumatically pre-tensioned counter knife. This prevents damage if tramp materials are fed into the machine and makes it easy to remove that material without having to unload the hopper. The device hardly requires any maintenance or servicing.
