The legrest and backrest of the chair are subject to coordinated and uninterrupted adjustment at an angle of 50° to a static position. This adjustment is either manual or electrical and is backed by a gas spring. Further, the legrest features a separate adjustment at 90° angle. The seat cushion, along with its cover is detachable. While relaxing, the seat cushion ascends forward at 10°. This avoids the slipping off of the seated person.
