The MicroAmp® Optical 8-Tube Strip, 0.2 mL is handy to use in DNA sequencing using PCR and also in Thermal Cyclers. The strip has been specifically designed for use in Real-Time PCR systems or Thermal Cyclers. It requires a retainer tray unique to the instrument to be used. It provides explicit control of cycling temperatures by ensuring maximum thermal conductivity.
