The structure and insulation are provided by stainless steel interior and sanitized (pre-coated) steel on the outside. The thickness of the polyurethane is 130 mm. An automatic recharging battery feeds the alarm system, which is set to go off during power failure, deviations in temperature and when the door is opened. The controller is a digital electronic thermostat. Additional features of the UltraFreezer 400 include a key lock, castors with brakes and a white finish over the exterior steel.
