Endomedullary nail in titanium alloy for femural proximal fractures, compatible with MNR control. Valgus angle of 4° to permit a better insertion in the midollary canal. It has a subtrochanteric slot which allows the subtrochanteric fracture stabilization with a screw Ø 4,5 mm to be fixed according to the basis of 4 different opportunities proposed by the instrument set in order to have a better congruency and reconstructive anatomicity. Static or dinamic diaphyseal stabilization available depending on the user. It is available in the 20,5 cm standard version and in a 18 cm short version for patients with high femural bending.
