This project consisted of a room with lead lining to walls and ceiling ranging from 15mm to 290mm thickness. The door is fitted with interlocking lead chevron bricks to a total thickness of 240mm and weighs over 18 tonnes. All shielding calculations and testing were undertaken by our Radiation Protection Advisor.
