Astonishingly high degree of accuracy is demanded from the LCD display during viewing of digital mammography. Innovative standards of care are redefined by MS33i2 from Totoku. This is facilitated by maximizing the deliveries of lucidity and resolution, with an aim to enhance precision in screening of breast cancer. Independent Sub pixel Drive mechanism is incorporated in the equipment. This leads to surpassing the resolution estimates of conventional displays of 5 Mega-pixel. Cost-effectiveness of this device in comparison to its traditional counterpart could be attributed to economies of scale. By means of the technology of Independent Sub pixel Drive, 9 mega Sub pixel images are produced by a 3Mega-pixel-based LCD. For basic mammography treatments, this surpasses the present standards of care. For incorporating digital mammography, FDA clearance finds application of MS33i2.
