The Comfort 13 is a packaged gas furnace/air conditioning system. It is available in Single and 3 Phase models, sizes 018 through 060. It is an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional heating and cooling systems. What makes it so energy efficient is the Thermostatic Expansion Valve (TXV) that has been built into the Comfort 13. Each model comes equipped with a multi-speed, direct driver blower for indoor use. In addition, the Comfort 13 can be easily converted to down discharge with the duct covers that are provided. It features an induced-draft combustion and venting system, as well as an automatic electric pilot ignition. The condenser fan discharge component is installed vertically, and the fin condenser and evaporator coils are made from copper tubing and aluminum for long-lasting durability. In order to maintain high quality for several years, the Comfort 13 is made with a rust-proof base, has an integrated drain, a wire grille, pressure switches, and a filter drier to keep your heating and cooling system it top shape. No one wants a noisy heating and cooling system, and the Comfort 13 is rated one of the lowest in sound, boasting a 72 dB noise rating, and has been certified by both UL and UL Canada, and has NOx approved units available.
