The Brainz BRM3 monitor is a brain monitor placed at the bedside designed for use in the NICU. It allows clinicians to perform brain function monitoring at the bedside 24/7, showing real-time EEG activity as well as the time-compressed trend of EEG, also known as aEEG or amplitude integrated EEG. It has two-channel ability that provides real-time EEG from both sides of the brain. Clinicians can get more information regarding symmetry when doing an assessment of unilateral injury using the additional channel without making bedside monitoring difficult.
