KS 3000 i control is an innovatively designed incubator shaker, designed a way such that it can be used unattended in an environment that is temperature-controlled. It displays temperature, speed and time through the large LED display. A PID temperature control makes use of the PT 1000 sensors to accurately control temperature. The incubator is electronically controlled and comes with USB ports and RS 232 for PC interface. The functions of the KS 3000 can be documented and controlled with a software called Labworldsoft, which is sold separately. The incubator's controls are coated with an anti-microbial coating for the reduction of bacteria. The system comes with a junction box, so that an extra temperature sensor, like the PT-1000, can be linked. The unit can be stopped by lifting the hood. At the rear end is a collecting tray and drain hose. Vessels of almost any size and shape can be used, thanks to the broad range of attachments.
