Decreased consumption rate of reagents makes the device cost effective. Throughput is 60 seconds per result. It can store 20000 patient results. Accurate platelet counts are provided at extremely decreased levels of concentration. The size of the device is compact and it offers large color LCD display. There is inherent thermal printer along with external keyboard and mouse. An optional barcode reader is also available with the device.
