The 3/4 Dual Medium Formthotics™ is an orthopedic insole with heel and arch pad. Designed for hard to fit shoes, this insole has a base made of medium hardness foam for control and a top with softer foam for cushioning and comfort. With a 3/4 inch height, the Formthotics™ is perfect for men and women’s narrow or pointed toe shoes. It has antimicrobial properties that inhibit bacterial and fungal growth and prevent foot odor. The insole pad is made from thermoformable Formax™ foam and should be heated and fitted to the foot and the footwear by a medical professional.
