Radiology People are currently partnering with several reputable NHS Hospitals to fill multiple positions for Radiologists with a specialist interest in head and neck imaging across the Midlands and South of England.

 

As a Radiologist with expertise in head and neck imaging, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate interpretation of radiological images and contributing to the diagnosis and treatment of patients with head and neck conditions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret a wide range of imaging studies, including MRI, CT, ultrasound, and PET scans, focusing on head and neck imaging.
  • Provide expert consultation to referring physicians on imaging findings and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients with head and neck disorders.
  • Stay updated on advancements in radiological technology and techniques, and engage in continuous professional development.
  • Contribute to research initiatives and academic endeavours in head and neck imaging.

 

Qualifications:

  • GMC Specialist or General Registration
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution.
  • Fellowship training in diagnostic radiology with a subspecialty focus on head and neck imaging.
  • Board certification or eligibility for certification in diagnostic radiology.
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice medicine in the United Kingdom.
  • Expertise in interpreting radiological studies related to head and neck imaging.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and adhering to professional standards.
