Here at Canon Medical Systems, we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to join our friendly team as a MRI Applications Specialist. We are looking for the successful candidate to be based centrally in the UK (e.g. Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, etc.), however, this is a national field-based role and will involve regular travel and overnight stays.

Our MRI Applications Team are a key foundation to our success in delivering on our healthcare commitments and promises.
As one of our MRI Applications Specialists, you will be responsible for providing clinical applications support to new and existing Canon Medical Systems customers. Your sound knowledge and skills in MRI will prove integral to this role, as you will be responsible for promoting our full range of MRI equipment in demonstrations and presentations to stakeholders. Training on our MRI products will be provided, however your foundation knowledge, enthusiasm to learn and passion for MRI will be key to your success in this role.
In this role, you will be key in supporting our regional sales and clinical support activities to ensure our modality financial targets are met. You will maintain regular contact with our modality team and regional sales teams, while also delivering training to the UK Sales team on new products and techniques. Alongside this, you will also represent the company at exhibitions, study days and lectures in the UK and overseas when necessary.

What are we looking for?
- Qualified Radiographer (degree or DCR), with at least 3 years’ clinical MRI experience.
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written), with demonstrable presentation skills.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to different working circumstances.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email systems.
- Full UK Driving License and comfortable travelling nationally.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills.
- Pro-active approach with the ability to work independently and as part of team.
- Exceptional customer service skills and capable of building strong working relationships.
