Approximately 1 in 10 patients worldwide are affected by chronic kidney disease (CKD), many of whom experience the complication of anaemia. This currently leaves them with symptoms that can dramatically reduce quality of life. At GSK, we are following the science of anaemia to better understand how to help these patients. GSK is proud to be expanding our team of medical advisors and we are seeking experienced and passionate professionals to join our exciting journey. You will be part of a dedicated local medical affairs team of medical advisors, covering both our marketed medicines within the infectious disease portfolio, as well as an exciting portfolio of upcoming specialty medicine products from our pipeline. You will initially be working primarily on our anemia asset for CKD patients, but will over time be part of the team covering the broader portfolio of specialty products. • Medical support to internal functions such as Market Access, Commercial and Regulatory.

  • Adapt or create relevant materials for training and education including medical approval of non-promotional and promotional materials.
  • If relevant support Investigator Sponsored Studies (ISSs) and GSK Studies
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the therapeutic area by reading relevant literature and attending (when possible/relevant) congresses  to be able to be a Peer to Peer counterpart for External experts.
