ESOI Annual Meeting 2015

ESOI : Frontiers in Oncologic Imaging
The ESOI Annual Meeting 2015, which will take place in Turin, the first capital of Italy, a culturally rich and beautiful town located near the Alps, on September 11-12, 2015. The vision to oncologic imaging is all-embracing. The objectives are to reach out to non-imaging oncologic societies, to industry and to cancer patient’s organisations, in order to foster a common view and common strategies, and to promote oncologic imaging in the multidisciplinary management of cancer patients. The scientific meeting will include organ focused and multidisciplinary sessions on cancer imaging and a session on interventional oncology hot topics. The programme will also include case based panel discussions, round tables on the role of imaging in the era of precision medicine. As involvement of patients in the management of cancer disease is increasingly important, a round table will be also held with physicians and a patient advocate on optimising patient-imaging doctor communication.
