Under the leadership of the Congress President Lars Friberg and with the dedicated work of the Scientific Committee, the Local Organising Committee and the support of the EANM Congress Management team under Andreas Felser, it turned out to be the most successful congress in the history of the EANM. Congress attendance was at a record high of 4,567 attendees, and 93 exhibitors occupied 3,177 sqm. of stand space.
Of the 1,607 submitted abstracts, 1,452 were accepted - including 644 oral, 718 poster and 90 technologists
