As health systems are progressing towards managing the pandemic and creating their recovery plans, they are also thinking about how to strengthen the resilience and sustainability of their resources in an ever-changing context.

In this workshop, we will discuss:

  • Assessing health systems resiliency.
  • Actions and directions to avoid the next storm
  • KPA and KPI to assess and drive the development of resilient health organizations and systems.
  • Planning the roadmap and step-by-step actions.

The workshop has been designed for all protagonists of the management and transformation of health systems. Expected participants are:

Each workshop has a closed attendance of 30 participants. Registrations will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis.

Why this programme?

This 4 hours workshop is the third installment of the new series ‘The Many Avenues of Health Management‘. This event will be specifically focused on resilience in healthcare systems.

The workshops will provide a conducive environment and the best opportunity for bench learning.
