AECIMA Virtual Congress 2021

In view of the development of this new normality restricted by the current health situation and with the uncertainty of not being able to make accurate forecasts in the short or medium term, the AECIMA Board of Directors has decided to convert the face-to-face congress into a virtual congress.

The AECIMA Virtual Congress will take place on May 7-8.

The AECIMA Virtual Congress will feature innovative programmatic activities and international experts, following the master guidelines that have always defined us; disseminate knowledge in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of breast diseases, especially breast cancer and promote research in the area of ​​surgical treatment of breast diseases.

We are aware that this decision implies the important loss of the social component of the Congress, but we will try to make up for it with the high scientific level and the attractiveness of being able to participate without being exposed to health or logistical risks.

As always, we hope for your understanding and we thank you in advance for your support in these complicated decisions that we hope will be for the joint benefit of the Spanish Association of Breast Surgeons - AECIMA.
