26th Biennial Congress and 63rd Annual Scientific and Standardization Committee (SSC) Meeting

(1) To register for this category, you must be 35 years or younger of age (for 2017: born after July 7, 1982). Additionally, you must attach an official document signed by the Head of the Department of your institution to your online registration form (max. 200 Kb) to prove your status.
(2) To register for this category, you must be 40 years or younger of age (for 2017: born after July 7, 1977) and be enrolled in a formal post-doctoral or medical resident training program and be within 6 years of obtaining your doctoral degree. You must also attach an official document signed by the Head of the Department of your institution to your online registration form (max. 200 Kb) to prove your status.
(3) To register for this category, must also attach an official document signed by the Head of the Department of your institution to your online registration form (max. 200 Kb) to prove your status.
(4) To register for this category, you must be a clinician, researcher or educator from one of the countries classified as a low, lower-middle or upper-middle income economies by World Bank Classification
