Reimagining Breast Imaging: Seeing Opportunities Together

Please join us for the 2024 SBI Breast Imaging Symposium on April 11-14, 2024, at the Palais des congrès de Montréal (Montréal Convention Centre) in Montréal, Canada. This meeting will be held with the Canadian Society of Breast Imaging. With the theme Reimagining Breast Imaging - Seeing Opportunities Together, we will showcase world-recognized experts from both sides of the border. This meeting is in-person only to harness the networking opportunities and small, interactive atmosphere.

We organized four dedicated afternoon tracks for hot topics. We heard from you, and our program is packed with content our attendees want to learn about! Improve your interpretive accuracy using all modalities. Explore how to apply new technologies. Learn about the clinical implementation of AI systems over two afternoons. Discover ways to care for our patients while making our practices more efficient. Realize new strategies to bolster our careers, new ways to work, and practice wellness.

Don’t miss the “Great Debate Contrast-enhanced Mammography vs. Abbreviated MRI” on Thursday. Also, we’re bringing back the crowd’s favorite Shark Tank! Thursday afternoon, you’ll want to attend the Breast Reconstruction Awareness (BRA) track to hear about essential aspects of oncoplastic care from the multidisciplinary team in Montréal. This track will conclude with a mock tumor board. On Friday, join us for two keynote presentations: “Risk Assessment and Personalized Screening for Breast Cancer” and “AI and Bias.” On Saturday, don’t miss another keynote lecture on AI, followed by our interactive BI-RADS 6th Edition sessions. We’re introducing Fast Five TED talks. Our inaugural trainee track will focus on leadership, communication, and practical skills. Sunday kicks off with a multidisciplinary rad-path tumor board. Join the engaging “Breast Interpretation Competition: Canada vs. the USA.” Connect with vendors and stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology in the large exhibit hall. Learn about innovative research from around the world in our scientific sessions and e-posters. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday offer multiple case-based reviews with tips and pearls for all modalities, including biopsies. These sessions are designed from nuts and bolts to advanced sessions.

The Society of Breast Imaging’s annual symposium is the largest breast imaging conference in the world. We offer something for everyone!
