Patient Experience Symposium 2019 (PExS2019 )

The Agency for Clinical Innovation, Clinical Excellence Commission, Bureau of Health Information, Cancer Institute NSW, Health Education & Training Institute, eHealth NSW, HealthShare NSW, System Purchasing Branch and NSW Health Pathology are pleased to announce the 2019 Patient Experience Symposium (PExS2019) to be held at the International Convention Centre (ICC) Sydney, from Monday 29 – Tuesday 30 April 2019.

PExS2019 provides the opportunity for people to come together to network, learn and share their ideas, work and projects with each other. The Symposium will showcase expert evidence, local and international examples, consumer stories, and will be an opportunity for consumers and health staff to share local innovations that are improving patient experience and outcomes.

We look forward to welcoming you for two days of inspiring international and local speakers, a diverse offering of concurrent sessions as well as interactive and collaborative workshops. There will be opportunities for staff and consumers to network with our exhibitors supporting the Symposium. The event is attended by delegates from across NSW Health and by health consumers and carers.
