• Josie Rudman

    Josie Rudman is an executive nurse with 35 years in the NHS. She served 15 years as chief nurse, 14 of them at Royal Papworth, helping deliver a new hospital and securing an Outstanding CQC rating. She holds an MBE for patient experience and safety. During COVID-19 Josie led the ICU surge, then joined the New Hospital Programme. She has a BSc in oncology nursing, an MSc in advanced nursing practice and a PGDip in research studies. She is a registered nurse tutor and executive coach.
