• Shu Yin Hoi

    Shu Yin received her PhD from Duke University School of Nursing. She is currently Chief Nurse at Tan Tock Seng Hospital and enjoys facilitating teams to improve and innovate at point-of-care. She believes in designing the work environment and nurturing a culture where every staff is empowered and supported to do their job well and to continuously improve on it. She hopes to seek technological solutions to digitalise the work environment for better and safer care.
