Company Profile toutenkamion Specialist Body Builder The family owned company toutenkamion s.a. is a specialist body builder with a wide range of different customers. They are mainly professionals in broadcasting and television, motor sports, medical support, healthcare, education, training, event marketing, roadshow, marketing, exhibitions, etc. The bodywork with or without extensions is individually designed for each application of mobile workplace in any desired dimension. Design, construction and fitting out of the interior are entirely completed in the factory of toutenkamion s.a. Sales are worldwide into approx. 30 countries, mainly to Europe, Asia, Africa and the Far-East. toutenkamion s.a. was founded in 1936 and is family-owned. The site of the factory with workshops and offices covers an area of 12.000 m2. It is located in Ladon, approx. 130 km south of Paris. A special feature of the bodywork is the use of glass fibre reinforced polyester (GRP) of which the bodywork panels are produced in a patented vacuum process. toutenkamion s.a. is market leader in Europe in this field. For the production processes there are specialised robots for the casting of the panels. A CNC machining centre designed and constructed for the particular needs of toutenkamion deals with large panel elements of 15 m x 3.3 m x 0.2m with a precision down to 1/10 mm. The completed units of toutenkamion s.a. are supplied in a constant high level of quality because all sectors of the company are interlaced by a computer based system which monitors the work progress. toutenkamion s.a. is since 1996 certified for ISO 9001 and owns the refrigerator cooland approval. In March 2012 we have been certified ISO 14001/2004 by the TÜV authority. This certification has been made possible by the persistent commitment of all our staffs and our partners.
