Pure Aire developed and manufactured a series of laminar flow systems, purchased by the AEC and the US Air Force. Many leading universities, aerospace firms, research laboratories, hospitals, food processing facilities and semiconductor manufacturers began purchasing these laminar flow systems.Due to the strict air purification standards associated with semiconductor process functions, it was a natural transition for us to apply our engineering and manufacturing expertise to the design of wet process stations.
