Company Profile Our company Novafon GmbH is the manufacturer of the original Novafon®-sonic wave instruments SK1 and SK2. The company was founded at the end of the 1950s in Stuttgart, and is located today in Weinstadt near Stuttgart. As early as the 1920s, the first intra-sonic wave device, operating at 100Hz, was developed by the scientist and professor of medicine, Dr. med. E. Schliephake. The concept of short-wave therapy and the therapeutic use of audible sound waves stem from this scientist. Novafon acquired the patent and began manufacturing distinctive intra-sonic instruments. These devices produced by Novafon underwent tests into their vibrational effectiveness conducted by the Fraunhofer Institute of Physics in Stuttgart. Over the course of time, the firm has been able to consolidate its knowledge of sonic wave therapy and the bioenergetic effects of magnetic field therapy. Our cliental: Today, our customers include an ever increasing number of clinics and hospitals, therapists and patients as well as cosmetic studios, pharmacists and dispensaries.
