About us MGB Endoskopische Gerate GmbH Berlin is a part of the MGB family which has alliance with Daewoong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Seoul. MGB engages in manufacturing of high-quality endoscopic equipment for minimal-invasive surgery and exports both accessories and complete systems to about 30 countries world-wide. The products are being manufactured in MGB's own production facility, their long lasting quality is based on technological know-how and mechanical precision. Thus, the high integration of all systems is guaranteed. MGB takes an active role in research. With its own R&D department MGB was able to develop products that have set new standards in endo-surgery. Several projects have been funded by the German government and are being tested by leading German university professors and clinics. This telescope creates a three-dimensional picture by using images of light and shadow and thus produces a more plastic picture compared to two-dimansional images. Further, the MGB produce some compact units, for example the world First Integrated Laparoscopic Surgical System, the FENCER . This device combines a CCD-Video Camera, a Xenon-Light source, an insufflator and irrigator in ONE unit and each part works independent of the other. Since March 1 st , 2004 MGB is the official Representative of Bionet Co., Ltd., in Europe and is responsible for sales and customer service for their ECG machines, Patient- and Fetal Monitoring Systems.
