Company Profile/ Introduction Racer’s Year Of Establishment and Background Racer Technology was established in December 1988 and specialized in manufacturing high quality precision plastic components and sub-assemblies. We have 350 units of injection molding machine ranging from 30 tons to 550 tons, running on 3 shift 7 days per week. The mold design and fabrication division was created in 1995 to support the industries and in-house production molds. We has a growing reputation for fine quality work total commitment to our customers. We are capable of design and fabrication 20-30 molds (medium size) per month and the shortest lead time is 3 weeks (ASSAB 718 H/H material) for 2 cavity mold. As a full service contract manufacturer, the Group also offer finishing processes such as silk screening, pad printing, ultrasonic welding, hot stamping, sub-assembly ….etc. As a one-stop plastic house, finish products can therefore be shipped directly to the distribution channels of the Group’s customers Racer is committed to achieve high quality material and uncompromising quality to provide assurance to her customers, through a quality management system that is compliance to the international standard organization. All Racers’ manufacturing plant is ISO 9001:2000 certified and we achieved 0 NC for the last 4 consecutive audits. The use of quality control tools and techniques like SPC and CPK are used evidently from the first article stage to the on line monitoring of part control. At Racer, continues improvement is our goal. we are also ISO 13485:2003 Medical Device certified by Slovenian Institute Of Quality & Metrology Commitment To Customers Satisfaction ~ Quality - Through a fine quality mold design, mold maintenance program and excellent production control, we ensure the consistency and quality product is produced. ~ On-Time- Delivery - Our production planning system ensures that the machine capacity will be locked–on, once we sign up to a schedule. We have long working relations with most raw material suppliers whom all are UL approved sources.
