O'Ryan's first products were fiber optic light sources and digital image enhancement products, followed by Dental composite curing lights, along with Ultra Sonic Scalers and Industrial Light Sources, which continue to account for a large share of the company's success. Spin-offs from the early dental curing light include fiber optic light sources and components for medical and veterinary, industrial inspection, and micro illumination.
