BioLogics was founded in 1996 with a commitment to improve Life Science instrumentation. Our products have evolved from the integration of several companies including: Artek Systems Corporation with ultrasonic homogenizers (sonic dismembrators) and video based automated colony counters used to count bacterial colonies on petri dishes; Bausch and Lomb OMNICON Vision Systems with "turn key" biomedical image analysis applications; and Dynatech's Imaging Products Group and its successor; Imaging Products International, Inc. BioLogics have always been committed to providing our customers with unsurpassed value and reliable products at the fairest price. We envisioned improving customer efficiency and accuracy by automating manual processes.
