Providence Health Plan (PHP) is pleased to share that Morgan Ratcliffe, MHA has joined as the organization's Executive Director, Chief Communication Officer, effective November 20. In this role, Morgan will lead PHP corporate communication strategy inclusive of external and internal communications.

Realizing our mission to serve people with high-quality, affordable healthcare remains the driving force for our organization and we know that having a strong communication leader will continue to help us bring our vision to life.” 


Morgan joins PHP from Providence, where she served as Executive Director and Chief Communication officer for Providence Physician Enterprise, a business unit consisting of more than 10,000 providers, 30,000 caregivers, more than 900 clinics and serving more than 4 million patients each year. There she successfully designed and scaled a communication support model across Providence’s medical groups and affiliate networks and drove major organization campaigns and change initiatives that reflected the inclusive and diverse family of medical groups, community partners, physicians, and caregivers.

Morgan has over a decade of experience in driving change and engaging audiences through communication experience and her understanding of the health care industry. She has her bachelor’s degrees from the University of Utah and her master’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of Providence, Great Falls, Montana.
