You can at any time check the status of your submitted abstract (with deadline 7 Dec.) in the submission system – changes are not possible anymore though.
Notifications on acceptance/rejection and presentation type (oral/poster) will be sent mid of January 2022.
Call for Abstracts
The EMIM 2022 Committee calls for original work to be presented as oral or poster presentation at the EMIM 2022 in Thessaloniki. No virtual/hybrid format is foreseen. Presenters need to be present and registered to the EMIM.
The final decision on acceptance and type of presentation (oral/poster) is taken by the programme committee in accordance with the quality, originality, and importance of your submitted abstract/work after an extensive, double blind reviewing process. Traditionally, the scientific level presented at the EMIM is tremendously high – prepare your abstract well!
COVID-19 Entrance Restrictions
As per the Greek Government, access to the venue is only allowed for participants who can provide:
- proof of complete vaccination or
- proof of recovery from COVID-19 (not older than six months)
A negative test result (PCR or rapid) is not sufficient!
