Angela Katsapi started an additional position as a Consultant at World Health Organization. In 2019, she founded the Euro-Mediterranean Institute for Quality and Safety in Health Service. She is a healthcare professional with advanced experience in international hospital assessments for quality and patients’ safety standards. She works for international accreditation bodies and does conformance audits in medical and health tourism, business development, and healthcare services management.


She aims to enhance patients’ safety awareness and to promote quality initiatives in healthcare. Angela Katsapi has participated in various consultancy projects and surveys to develop new standards in healthcare.
