14th NYSORA Symposium 2015

The New York School of Regional Anesthesia

The 14th NYSORA Annual Symposium has something for everyone! We invited a mix of “all stars” and “rising stars”, speakers and instructors from around the World for this one of a kind knowledge-sharing event.

The latest Ultrasound-Guided injection techniques, such as TAP, PEC, and motor-sparing knee blocks will be covered by some of the most respected authorities. Newly added sessions on the role of ultrasound in airway and chest evaluation have been added to the program. A discussion on implications of new quality and safety metrics, and alternative methods of payment in RAPM will also be featured. The latest analgesic protocols and pathways will be presented while balancing the surgeon and anesthesiologists’ views on perioperative management of patients having joint replacement surgery.

As with all NYSORA symposia, the parallel didactic program and Q&A are structured in NYSORA’s signature TNT (Think-Tank Series), which keeps the presentations dynamic, while allowing rapid-fire questions and answers after each presentation. The popular NYSORA-style workshops will feature pediatric regional anesthesia, point of care ultrasound, continuous nerve blocks as well as comprehensive and advanced adult ultrasound-guided nerve blocks.
