The right choice of crural wedge helps reduce sliding, pelvic rotation, hip flexion, and backward tilt, in addition to helping distribute pressure. Choose the appropriate corrector or abduction pommel size to ensure proper lower-limb alignment. The removable buttock wedge helps correct pelvic tilt or fill in a gap if no correction is possible.
