The ComfortSling™ Plus, model 300/310 adjusts itself to the body's contours without requiring any individual adjustment, thereby offering a convenient sitting posture with a good support at the back. Its predecessor being the Liko® ComfortSling, the device is a full sling and hence permits the patient to be stationed in the sling even after transfer and application have taken place. Increase in the comfort level of patients is attributed to the longer and wider structure characterizing the system. Though usually upright, but the equipment could as well be semi-recumbent, owing to its amalgamation either with the extension loops and sidebars or with Sling Cross-bar 450.
