The HS 3-1000 is an advanced microsurgical operating system. Operations can be conducted by only using minimal force through sensoric activation of the motoric drive. The floor stand only requires one touch of the button; it is not necessary to balance the microscope. HS 3-1000 features the SensoServo drive via SensoGrip. The inertia and friction can be adjusted to ideally match the movement of the microscope and stand. The diaphragms combat any glare. The arm has an extreme length of 1.6 m. All motorized functions are controlled by the computer. The HS 3-1000 has a working distance of 224 to 510 mm.
