DRI OCT-1 is a swept source OCT for posterior imaging. Compared with conventional OCTs, it is able to penetrate deeper due to its wavelength of 1,050 nm. The device has an incredibly fast scanning speed of 100,000 A-scans/sec which enables the visualization of ocular tissues, such as sclera and choroid, in a very short time. DRI OCT-1 displays the detailed structures of schera, choroid and retina. It has the capability to image deeper anatomical structures with less influence in scattering and can visualize the entire tomogram with high sensitivity. DRI OCT-1 has many analysis features such as 7 layers segmentation and 7 layers thickness map, caliper and import functions, 3D volume rendering, and follow up examination and comparison functions.
