The Tuttnauer Company has come up with a cost effective semi automatic autoclave known as 2540MKA to facilitate the cleaning and drying system in a closed environment of instruments. This is the first ever semi automatic autoclave launched in the market with the closed door which has active drying air pump and safety protection from overheat. It sterilizes and dries the instruments with one single step which eliminates the trouble of supervising the sterilizing process. The heater of the autoclave turns off once the sterilization process is finished thereby saving energy and increasing the safety and productivity. The machine can be kept in night mode to sterilize the instruments in slow motion so that once the clinic is open the instruments can be utilized at once. The device is made of long lasting components which reduce the maintenance cost.
