The microwave dryer finds an extensive application in removing the excess moisture content form the sample. The samples are heated in the microwave during which the excess moisture content is absorbed by the microwaves. The system contains a built-in analytical weight which is used to measure the weight loss incurred during drying process and determines the end point at which the sample regains its constant weight. It also contains an air moisture sensor used to monitor the progress of a moisture analysis run to ensure top quality reliable results.
