The SCF1 is a mini personal spinner for centrifugation with up to 8 x 1.5ml or 2.2ml microfuge tubes or two strips of 8 x 0.2ml tubes that has a fixed speed of 6,000 rpm. The unit can contain a capacity of up to 8 tubes. The rotors (supplied) are easily installed without using any tools. It is very simple to use, provides a small footprint and a compact and quiet operation. The unit operates as soon as the lid is closed and automatically stops when it is opened, or via on/off switch. It also has a BioCote® antimicrobial protection.
