The Z100A is a lab centrifuge that is small and economical. It features a fixed angle rotor measuring 6x15ml. Its speed unit runs to about 4,000rpm, which is suitable to a lot of applications found in the clinical setting or even in the research lab. The said rotor allows six 15 ml or 10 ml tubes. Some adapters allow smaller tubes, also including common blood draw tubes. Product also comes with a clear lid and has a safety lock to ensure proper performance. There are available adapters that applies to all traditional blood draw tubes. The product, Z100A, uses this clear lead for a better visualization of the rotor. It has a safety interlock which cuts the centrifuge's power once the lid is opened. The rugged ABS housing, on the other hand, gives more durability to the lab centrifuge and makes it much easier to clean.
