The Zephyr pacemakers has come up with a combination of great benefits and innovative features that offers individualized therapy, choice in follow-up and long lasting confidence for physicians and patients. Patient care Zephyr tools features ACap™, Ventricular AutoCapture™, Confirm algorithm, and Pacing System, which automatically test the threshold of the patient. In addition, the devise senses lead impedances and intrinsic signals, which results in 100% of transcripts done outside the clinic. The Zephyr devise shows the last calculated sense upon interrogation and also captures threshold results that is achieved in the last twenty-four hours (together with the ventricle and atrium in dual-chamber forms). The pacemaker measures intrinsic P-wave as well as R-wave, once a day. It shows the previous test results in conjunction with a weekly R- or P- wave trend. The results are showed along with follow-up EGMs, which help in quick corroboration of the measurements.
