External fixations (devices) are metallic structures compound by bars, clamps, connectors, nuts, screws, washers and other components, which objective is the transference of load applied to the broken bone to the device. The objective is to maintain the fractured bone without load while its regeneration. Connecting the external structure to the fractured limb there are bone pins partially threaded, that stabilize e fixate the fracture, in order to cause the bone consolidation.
