When paired with unique composites used in its construction, the foot provides increased deflection and dramatic energy return. Trailblazer’s PerforMax™ Heel includes three heel spring options for effective yet easy customization and is field adjustable. The Trailblazer comes with choice of a fixed pyramid, a rotatable pyramid or a multiaxial ankle in the Trailblazer MA. The foot comes with a high-activity foot shell which features extra sole reinforcement for increased durability. The foot and multiaxial ankle combination allow an amputee to traverse a wide variety of terrain with stability and confidence while maintaining a high energy return. The foot also offers customization of the amount of ankle movement by use of a Flexion Ring over the neck of the ankle pyramid. The larger the diameter of the Flexion Ring yields increased motion.
