Optitorque are coronary diagnostic catheters which combine a soft tip, large lumen and a two-ply middle layer for enhanced performance and torque control. Terumo's exclusive Tiger and Jacky tip shapes are new to the range and have been designed for right transradial approach; Tiger has a straight distal soft tip and Jacky has an outward distal soft tip. Their unique shapes enable angiography of LCA and RCA with just one catheter. The large lumen facilitates the high flow of contrast media and allows the French size to be downsized without disrupting the quality of performance. The shaft is constructed from a double-braided stainless steel mesh middle layer which enables precise manipulation and enhanced torque control.
