Getting in shape has never been easier with this E830 Elliptical. While working out, the user can use the entertainment bracket to use what he wants to accompany the process. The system comes with MyFlex™ pedal cushions and on the screen the user can set goals and the information needed to have a more effective workout. The display also allows the user to observe the CardioAdvisor™ displays heart rate and better assess the progress made on the machine. There is also contact and telemetry heart rate and the stride range can be adjusted electronically between 17" to 29". The workout can become more intense by changing the resistance of the stride length. This is possible by simplu using the fingers to enter the information on the buttons on the display.
