Kompressor™ is unlike many competitor screw designs where compression dictates placement and vice versa. With the Kompressor, placement of the screw is independent of achieving compression; this supports the surgeon?s freedom to focus on an optimal placement. The design of the two-piece screw and instruments allows you to place the screw as a single unit. Once your desired placement is achieved, you can dial in the compression required by bone quality and patient anatomy.
