It doesn’t require any additional locking techniques. The possibility of adjacent level abutment is virtually eliminated thanks to the internal design of the low-profile plate. The locking mechanism is not only integrated, it can be done with a single step. The bone screws and thread designs are available in both variable and fixed angle configurations. Anywhere from one to five level procedures can be accommodated thanks to the range of length offered by pre-lordosed plates.
